PREMIERE SAISON

The name means “first season” a good one for the asst. brewer’s first beer.  This style of ale comes from the French speaking part of Belgium and was made by the farmers of that region and was also called a “farmhouse ale." This is NOT a WHEAT beer and all the flavors were produced by the yeast.  A nice one to drink on a warm summer day…$4.25
